Terms of Service

Welcome to Greeniture. These Greeniture Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with our company and apply to all professional solutions provided, including but not limited to Precision Tiling, Professional Waterproofing, and Custom Carpentry Malaysia. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these standards of excellence and our renovation terms and conditions Malaysia.

Scope of Professional Renovation Services

Greeniture agrees to perform the services as detailed in the signed Project Quotation. Whether it is a kitchen overhaul or a specialized Waterproofing Specialist Malaysia project, any additional works requested outside the original scope will be treated as a “Variation Order” (VO).

Our 3E Commitment to Quality

Our service is built on the 3E Philosophy: Economic, Efficient, and Enhance. To ensure the success of your home renovation Klang Valley project, the Client must provide clear access and obtain necessary approvals from building management (e.g., DBKL/MBPJ).

Access

The Client must provide clear access to the site at agreed times.

Approvals

The Client is responsible for obtaining necessary approvals from building management or local councils (e.g., DBKL/MBPJ), unless otherwise stated in the agreement that Greeniture will assist.

Site Condition

The Client must disclose any known structural hidden defects (e.g., old leaks, faulty wiring) prior to the commencement of work.

Quotations & Pricing

Validity

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue due to fluctuating material costs.

Transparency

We pride ourselves on Transparent Cost Control. Our quotes are itemized. Any unforeseen structural issues discovered during hacking or preparation will be reported immediately before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Deposit

A non-refundable mobilization deposit is required to secure the project slot and order materials.

Progress Payments

Payments shall be made in stages as outlined in the “Payment Schedule.”

Late Payment

We reserve the right to suspend work if progress payments are delayed beyond the stipulated grace period.

Precision & Quality Standards

Tiling

We adhere to high-precision leveling standards. Please note that natural stone materials (Marble/Granite) may have inherent variations in color and veining which are not considered defects.

Waterproofing

Our Professional Waterproofing includes a mandatory 48-hour flood test. Tiling works will only commence after a successful test verification.

Warranty & Service Guarantee

Greeniture provides a comprehensive warranty for craftsmanship, reflecting our status as a trusted renovation contractor Malaysia:

Waterproofing

5-year warranty against leakage.

Tiling & Carpentry

5-year warranty against workmanship defects.

Note: This warranty does not cover wear and tear, intentional damage, or structural movements of the building.

Limitation of Liability

While we exercise maximum Technical-First Design and care, Greeniture shall not be held liable for:

Pre-existing structural failures of the property.

Delays caused by third-party suppliers chosen by the Client.

Acts of God or force majeure events.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all works completed and materials ordered up to the date of termination.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount. Any personal data collected will be used solely for project coordination and will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
